Ariki Hall
With 6,708m² of flexible space and a nine-metre-high central ceiling, Ariki Hall accommodates up to 400 3m x 3m exhibition booths and up to 4,500 guests, making it ideal for large-scale events. It can also be divided into three distinct areas, offering flexibility for concurrent sessions or smaller configurations, ideal for breakout spaces. Direct truck access from Hobson Street and two 9-tonne truck lifts ensure efficient set up and pack-down.
Meeting Spaces
With 33 meeting spaces across the venue, including three purpose-build boardrooms, and built-in AV technology, NZICC has the flexibility to host gatherings of all sizes.
Te Paepae Theatre
As New Zealand’s largest seated theatre, Te Paepae Theatre welcomes up to 2,852 guests in a space designed to impress and adapt. A retractable seating system allows the venue to transform into a flat-floor space - ideal for banquets, cocktail receptions, or dynamic event formats. For added flexibility, Te Paepae can be divided into two independent theatres, each seating 1,235 guests, enabling concurrent sessions, breakout events, or dual programming within a single booking.
